You need to start a return on eBay:

You’ll be issued a packing slip and shipping label. Pack the item and ship it back to us, if you haven’t damaged the tracker, we will refund your money.
Device with active service plan:
Lifetime Device Replacement Warranty: If you have an active subscription service plan with us (at least three consecutive months), we will replace your GPS tracker for manufacturing or device defect(s), equipment failure, as long as the failure was not a result of misuse, just return the tracker and we will send you a new replacement.
NOTE: We will not replace any device with damage caused by misuse, tampering, damaged device, stolen or lost. Removing the sim card from the device or changing the configuration of the device voids all warranties.
Service Plan Policy
You can cancel your service plan any time with no extra cost to you: Cancel Plan
We do not offer refunds on service plans.
