Standard Device 30 Day Warranty: We offer a 30 day return/refund warranty on our GPS trackers. All returns are handled through Ebay.
Return For Refund: How It Works
Start your return:
Purchased on ebay: In My eBay, find the item under Purchase history, then in More actions, choose Return this item. Return Item
Purchased from our website return: Contact Us
You’ll be issued a packing slip and shipping label. Pack the item and ship it back to us, if you haven’t damaged the tracker, we will refund your money.
LIFETIME Device Replacement Warranty: If you have maintained an active subscription service plan for at least 3 months, we will replace your GPS tracker for manufacturing or device defect(s), equipment failure, as long as the failure was not a result of misuse, just return the tracker and we will send you a new replacement.
NOTE: We will not replace any device with damage caused by misuse, tampering, damaged device, stolen or lost. Removing the sim card from the device or changing the configuration of the device voids all warranties.
Service Plan Policy
You can cancel your service plan any time with no extra cost to you.
We do not offer refunds on service plans.
